BABYSITTER TRAINING
Did you know foster parents can’t hire a regular babysitter? One Heart seeks to carve an easy path for friends, family, and fans of foster families to provide relief to our foster parents. We host quarterly trainings in coordination with our local foster agencies.
2023 Trainings:
Trainings take place on Saturdays 10:00AM-12:00PM, with CPR/First Aid 12:30-3:00PM if needed. Training is $10 due at registration. Additional costs may include:
- CPR/First Aid certification ($28-40)
- FBI Fingerprinting ($41.50)
- TB testing ($10 per household resident)
Whether you know a foster family or just want to be added to a specific agency’s list of approved babysitters, this is an easy opportunity with great impact!
